Are you looking for something a little different for staff meetings or customer presentations?

Why not consider holding them at Stratford on Avon Gliding Club? We can offer our facilities with an exciting backdrop of an active gliding airfield at a competitive rate to suit your company.

Our Briefing Room will comfortably hold up to twenty people, and includes the use of projector and screen and wireless internet access. Were you to use our facility for training we can accommodate 12 students.

You may also wish to treat your customers or staff to a flight in a glider with one of our highly trained instructors.

Our facilities are available for hire on any weekdays all year round, but flying can only take place when weather conditions allow.

Hire of facilities only:	£400 per day
Hire of facilities including glider flights for up to 20 people:	£1,000 per day
Catering can be arranged depending on your needs and will provided by professional catering companies at cost. Of course you may wish to arrange your own, in which case we can make our kitchen and barbeque facilities available.

Evening Events

Social events are a great way to build team spirit within your company. For something somewhat different to the usual drink in the pub after work or curry night, why not try an evening of flying at Stratford on Avon Gliding Club? Event events can be arranged from May to early September.

Safety is our number one priority - number two is having fun!. You will have dedicated use of all of our facilities - if you wish you can bring your own food to cook on our barbeque (or you could pay us to provide one!).

Everyone who flies with us will receive a full safety briefing before being flown by one of our team of highly trained and experienced team of instructors.

During the flight, guests are encouraged to fly the glider for themselves, and take in the breathtaking views of Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding countryside.

With a little luck, your guests may have the privilege of being escorted by local buzzards - keen to show off their skills and teach us how flying should be done!

The thrill of near-silent flight is an experience that will never be forgotten.

Evening Trial Lesson Flight	£35 per person
2nd Flight (if available)	£10 per person
Catering can be arranged depending on your needs and will provided at cost. Should you wish to arrange your own food we can make our barbeque facilities available.
